Healthy Mama's

I have had a lot of questions asked about my recommendations for a healthy pregnancy, so here goes.

These 5 things I require of my clients.

1.     3-4 quarts of water a day, tea counts towards that amount but nothing else.

2.     Drink 3-4 cups of Healthy Mama Tea (provided by me) every day.

3.     Must eat protein at EVERY meal, with protein snacks in-between meals

4.     Eat DARK GREEN leafy veggies every day.

5.     1 Tablespoon Liquid Chlorophyll every day.  At 28 weeks we re-test blood to see if this needs to be increased to 2 T daily or stay at 1 T daily.
